FACTORY CONTROLLER, GRACO, ROGERS, MN Purpose of Job: To ensure that the factory's operational, financial, and corporate objectives are met: to include spending, service levels, inventory levels and accuracy, asset management and factory performance. To pro-actively identify opportunities to improve operating efficiencies and implement corrective action plans. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Equivalent. -5+ years increasingly responsible experience in an operational environment. -5+ years of Manufacturing experience. -Oracle application experience (Manufacturing). -Strong bases of analytical and public speaking skills. -Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. -Demonstrated organizational, analytical, problem solving and planning skills. -PC skills, involving worksheet, and word processing software. -Managerial/supervisory experience.
